Hier bieten wir Ihnen eine einfache und unkomplizierte Möglichkeit eine DHL Paketmarke zu erhalten, um den Artikel kostenfrei an uns zurückzuschicken. Zum Erstellen des Paketaufklebers sind nur Ihre Adressdaten (mit * gekennzeichnet) erforderlich, alle andere Angaben sind freiwillig. Nach Absenden Ihrer Daten werden wir Ihre Angaben prüfen und Ihnen eine Paketmarke für den kostenfreien Rückversand zu uns per E-Mail zusenden. Bitte beachten Sie das ein Widerruf nur innerhalb 30 Tage ab Erhalt der Ware möglich ist. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist ist ein Widerruf nicht mehr möglich. Wir verweisen insoweit auf unsere Widerrufsbestimmungen.

Wenn Sie den Paketschein für die kostenlose Rücksendung erhalten haben, verpacken Sie die Ware bitte vollständig in einem stabilen Versandkarton oder in der Originalverpackung. In der Regel sind die Kartons mit der Sie die Ware von uns erhalten haben mehrfach verwendbar. Bitte achten Sie darauf, alte Label auf der Verpackung zu entfernen oder unkenntlich zu machen. Kleben Sie die Paketmarke auf das zu retournierende Paket und geben Sie es in der nächsten Postfiliale ab. Sofern es in Ihrem Wohnort keine Postfiliale / Postagentur gibt, nimmt Ihr Postzusteller die Retoure gerne mit.

Nach Erhalt und Prüfung der Ware werden wir eine Gutschrift erstellen und den Kaufpreis auf dem Weg erstatten, wie die ursprüngliche Zahlung geleistet wurde.

Here we offer you a simple and easy way to get a DHL return label to return the item to us free of charge. To create the parcel label, only your address data (marked with *) is required, all other information is voluntary. After sending your data, we will check your information and send you a return label for the free return shipment to us by e-mail. If you have received the parcel slip for the free return, please pack the goods completely in a sturdy shipping carton or in the original packaging. Normally, the boxes with which you have received the goods from us can be used several times. Please make sure to remove old labels/barcodes on the packaging or make them unrecognizable. Stick the return label on the package to be returned and hand it in at the nearest post office.

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will issue a credit note and refund the purchase price in the same way as the original payment was made.

Après réception et contrôle de la marchandise, nous établirons une note de crédit et rembourserons le prix d'achat par le même moyen que celui utilisé pour le paiement initial.
